I had a pleasant stay at the hotel, with clean and tidy rooms and a good selection of entertainment options nearby. The location near Fremont Street was a big plus for accessing dining and activities. However, the early closure of the pool was a bit of a letdown, and I faced some delays with room service.
My stay at the Plaza Hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. While the location is excellent for enjoying Fremont Street, the room experience left much to be desired, including outdated conditions and a few issues with the bathroom. The dining options in the hotel were fair, but I couldn't find what I was hoping for regarding service. On the bright side, the check-in process was smooth, and I appreciated the cleanliness of common areas. However, I'd consider other options for my next visit.
